[iKerp, yay] Karl Borgnino was born in the Republic of Karelia in 1973. Raised mostly by his Karelian-Russian mother and her family due to his Italian father's disappearance, Karl has always had a vast, limitless imagination, which was compounded by his above average intelligence. Utilizing this, he was able to earn a scholarship to Moscow State University, at which he enrolled in the Faculty of Journalism. Shortly after receiving his Bakalavr, he contributed to several literary magazines and local newspapers. Still working from his small apartment, he was able to publish a short story, which was critically acclaimed for its use of symbolism (though the plot was exceptionally simple). He was soon overwhelmed by media over his sudden success and moved to a small town; however, he still worked from home, under a quickly-adopted alias of "An Anno."
Karl continues to contribute writings, but his main source of income is a book series whose final entry is being prolonged due to a strange case of writers' block. He doesn't leave his house very often, most of his food coming from a garden in his yard.
